Exchanges
- exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won't be processed.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 working days from receiving the order.
- Incase the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 3 working days from receiving the order.
- In case our product has manufacture problem we will pay the shipping fees.
- Refunds take 3-5 working days to process after the item is picked up.
-Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged.
-For returns or exchanges, shipping fees ranging from 100 to 150 EGP will apply, depending on your shipping zone.
